Vincent Regan is a Welsh-born actor and director whose career has covered British television, theatre, and international films. He was born on May 16, 1965, in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales, and his birth name is Vincent Regan. His parents were Irish immigrants, and while he was young, his family moved back to Ireland before he later returned to Britain. Regan attended St Joseph’s College in Ipswich, Suffolk, and subsequently trained at London’s Academy of Live and Recorded Arts.
